Delivery & Returns
All orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your delivery to arrive from day of dispatch.
We do our best to ensure that you’re Bro-quet will arrive in perfect condition, however despite our best efforts with packaging, sometimes things go wrong somewhere between Bro-quet HQ and the destination address and very occasionally breakages occur. If your bro-quet arrives and there is a problem, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and a photo and we’ll rectify the problem as quick as we can.
If you live in zones C, D or E, please add your additional delivery charges here.
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time within 14 working days from the day you receive your order, provided all of the bottles returned in good condition, unopened and sealed.
To cancel an order and receive a refund:
- Email email@example.com or call 0121 405 2337 within 7 days of receipt of order.
- Return all goods unopened and in original condition and wrapping.
- Return delivery charge will be at your expense and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned.
- Beer Broquet Ltd will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
